This program is designed to enable corporate accounting and finance teams to systematically master PMS exam requirements, IFRS approaches, tax legislation, and reporting responsibilities.
The program structures the knowledge of accounting, reporting, and legislation required for the daily work of finance and accounting teams. The issuance of the professional accountant certificate, the organization of exams, and the maintenance of the state registry are regulated by Decision No. 237 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated May 22, 2019.
In accordance with the decision, the organization and administration of PA exams are carried out by the State Examination Center (SEC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
